TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE FAIR – ARGENTINE FOUNDATION FOR THE PROMOTION OF INVESTMENTS AND INTERNATIONAL TRADE
I. OBJECT
Acceptance of these terms and conditions implies the company's obligation to pay the amount corresponding to its participation in the Fair (hereinafter, The Fair), in accordance with the settlement and invoice that will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
Legal entities or individuals with export potential may register. All registrations are subject to the Foundation's decision.
II. REGISTRATION PERIOD
Interested companies may submit their applications until the date established in the call.
III. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
To complete the pre-registration, companies must:
a. Be registered with the corporate oversight bodies of the Republic
Argentina and/or have a CUIT or CUIL in ARCA.
b. Complete the pre-registration procedure using the duly completed online form.
The Foundation may request any clarifications, corrections, or additional documents it deems necessary prior to the award.
IV. RECONSIDERATION OF THE CALL
If, by the closing date of the call for proposals, the maximum number of participating companies has not been reached, the registration period may be extended and/or the call for proposals may be rescinded, or the call may be cancelled.
V. OBLIGATIONS OF THE FOUNDATION
The Foundation will be responsible for contracting the services (necessary for participation in the Fair, in accordance with the provisions of the call for each event.
These services include, but are not limited to, the following:
a. The rental of the space intended for Argentine participation;
b. The contracting of accreditations and insurance for participating companies;
c. Search, evaluation and selection of the company responsible for the assembly and construction of the pavilion;
d. Design and assembly of the official pavilion, as well as the provision of basic furniture;
e. Analysis and compliance with the current regulations and rules for the purposes of participation in the Fair;
f. Reception and management of graphic material sent by participating companies for use in communications for the Argentine pavilion;
g. Coordination of events and meetings within the framework of the fair;
h. Assistance and support from Foundation staff at the Pavilion before and during the event;
i. Hiring of complementary services such as coffee breaks, Wi-Fi and support staff (hostesses);
j. Maintenance of the stands including cleaning, standard electrical service and other basic services;
This list is for illustrative purposes only and does not imply any obligation on the part of the Foundation.
VI. AWARD
Space allocation within the Argentine Pavilion will be based on the criteria established in the call for proposals, including, but not limited to, the following:
a. Type of stand contracted (counter, workstation, meeting point);
b. Preferential locations contracted;
c. Sectoral adequacy and product suitability;
d. Payment order for the participation duly accredited;
e. Strategic issues defined at the discretion of the Foundation;
f. Possible draw of locations;
VII. PAVILION DESIGN
The design chosen for the fair will be defined by the Foundation and may be modified based on operational, regulatory, or institutional image needs.
VIII. COST OF PARTICIPATION
The cost of participation will be determined by the Foundation's call for entries, depending on the event type.
IX. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Participation fees cover only the services mentioned in the event's call for proposals. Selected companies must manage and assume additional expenses such as:
a. Transfers, accommodation and visas (if necessary).
b. Sending materials and samples to the pavilion.
X. NOTIFICATION OF PARTICIPATION
The Foundation will notify pre-registrants of the selection results to participate in the Fair or event at the email address provided on the pre-registration form.
XI. WAITING LIST PARTICIPANTS
Companies that are not confirmed may be summoned in case any
confirmed participant cancels his/her registration within the stipulated period.
XII. PAYMENT
Once participation in the event is confirmed, the company will receive the payment and will have 15 calendar days to pay the participation fee.

Payment will be considered valid once proof of payment has been sent to the email address: cobranzas@inversionycomercio. org. ar, and the amount has been credited to the indicated checking account.
XIII. NON-COMPLIANCE
Payment must be made in accordance with Article XII. Otherwise, compensatory interest will accrue at the current Badlar rate.
It is established that, in the case of companies that maintain unpaid debts for participation costs, exchange differences from previous payments, and/or surveys of previously organized events, the Foundation may prevent their participation in the Fair and reassign their space to another applicant, after being notified to regularize their situation in a
within 48 hours.
XIV. OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY
a. Pay the participation fee within the stipulated period;
b. Do not share the credential with unregistered persons;
c. Do not share the stand with non-registered companies;
d. Comply with the Fair's rules of conduct and safety (according to the exhibitor's manual, available on the Fair's website);
e. Respect the opening and closing hours of the event;
f. Manage and send your promotional material;
g. Complete the satisfaction survey sent by the Fair technician during the course of the Fair;
h. Complete the results survey sent by the technician in charge of the Fair after the Fair has concluded;
XV. WAIVER FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE FAIR
If the company that paid the event participation fee cancels its participation more than 90 days in advance, the full amount paid will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 89 and 45 days prior to the event, half of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 44 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
Once participation in the event is confirmed, and if the Foundation finds a replacement to fill the vacant spot, the company may choose between receiving the corresponding refund or transferring the balance in Argentine pesos to participate in another event on the calendar.
Cancellations by a company that has not paid for their participation will result in a penalty of 50% of the participation fee if the notification is made between 89 and 45 days prior to the event; and the full fee if the notification is made less than 45 days prior to the event.
If cancellation is made more than 90 days before the event, no penalty will be charged.
XVI. CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITY
In the event that the Foundation decides not to participate in the event, after the call for applications has been launched and up to 30 days prior to the start of the Fair, the amount paid by the company in Argentine pesos as the participation fee will be refunded, without any compensation.
The company may choose between a refund or the possibility of allocating the balance to another event held by the Foundation.
XVII. USE OF IMAGE
Within the framework of the Fair, registered companies and/or the individuals participating on their behalf authorize the Agency to promote the activity and its results, and to disseminate the company's name and logo through various media outlets, social networks, and digital and video platforms. This does not imply the transfer of copyright or the payment of additional compensation, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
XVIII. SCOPE OF ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Acceptance of the terms and conditions through online registration implies full acceptance of them, and you cannot argue that you have not read them.
