This document establishes the terms and conditions under which the Argentine Foundation for the Promotion of Investments and International Trade (hereinafter, "the Foundation") offers access to and use of the website [www. inversionycomercio. org. ar] (hereinafter, "the Site") to users and visitors (hereinafter, "the User").
By accessing, browsing or registering on the Site, the User expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
1. Access and use of the site
Use of the Site is free of charge, unless otherwise indicated in specific services. Users agree to use the Site legally, responsibly, and in accordance with good morals, refraining from any activity that may harm its operation or affect other users.
2. User registration
To access certain services, the User may register by providing true, current, and complete personal information. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activities that occur under their account.

Access to the website www. inversionycomercio. org. ar requires prior registration through an online form that the user must complete in order to access the platform.

The Foundation reserves the right to reject any registration request or cancel a previously accepted registration.
4. Content of the Site
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, software, etc.) is the property of the Foundation or has been authorized for use, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction in whole or in part without prior written authorization is prohibited.
5. Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by the Foundation.
The Foundation is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites.
6. Modifications
The Foundation may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on the Site. Users are encouraged to review this section periodically.

The Foundation guarantees the protection of the User's personal data in accordance with Law No. 25,326. The information provided will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the stated purposes.

8. Purpose of the data collected

Design support programs for Argentine SMEs in the internationalization of their products and services, providing advice and tools for participating in international trade fairs and business meetings.
The personal information of the User who chooses to register may contain mandatory fields: basic organization information, contact information, and tax information.
9. Responsibility
Use of the Site is the sole responsibility of the User. The Foundation does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor is it liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from its use.
10. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
