Terms and conditions for participation in international business roundtables – Argentine Foundation for the Promotion of Investment and International Trade
I. OBJECT
The purpose of this document is to establish the conditions that will govern the participation of individuals or legal entities, exporters or those with export potential, in the international business roundtables organized by the Argentine Foundation for the Promotion of Investment and International Trade.
II. REGISTRATION PERIOD
Interested parties may submit their applications until the date specified in the call for applications.
III. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
For registration purposes, the following documents must be submitted via the online application form:
• Registration Form, fully completed, by the closing date of the call
The Foundation may request any clarifications, corrections or documents it deems necessary prior to confirmation.
IV. RECONSIDERATION OF THE CALL
If the maximum number of participants has not been reached by the end of the call, an extension of the call deadline will be considered.
V. BENEFITS
• Hiring the KOYAG platform for event management, preparation of registration forms;
• Identification and invitation to international guests based on their profile.
• Logistical and operational organization of your participation in the event
• Monitoring meeting scheduling;
• The hiring of the space to be occupied in the fairgrounds and its conditioning;
• The procurement of necessary accreditations for participants, if applicable.
• Coordination of complementary events within the framework of the Round, if applicable.
• Coordination and monitoring of confirmed meetings;
• Support from Foundation staff before and during the event.
VI. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Those selected to participate in the Round must manage and assume the costs related to transportation, accommodation, visa (if necessary) throughout the development of the activity and any other costs incurred that are not listed in the "BENEFITS" section.
Likewise, each company must manage and assume the costs of shipping materials and samples to the site, if applicable.

VII. NOTIFICATIONS
Once the scheduling period has ended, the closing date of which will be announced in due course, the Foundation will notify participants who have at least 1 (one) meeting in SCHEDULED status that they are validated to participate.
Those who, after completing the meeting scheduling process, have not been able to secure meetings accepted by international guests will also be notified.
VIII. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANTS
• Respect the rules of conduct and safety established by the co-organizer of the Round;
• Respect the meeting times confirmed on the platform, according to the schedule available in the My Agenda tab of the KOYAG platform;
• It will be the responsibility of each participant to have promotional materials for the meetings.
• Complete, within one week of the end of the activity, the survey that will be sent to the email address provided in the form.
IX. CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITY
The Foundation reserves the right to cancel your participation in the Round in the event of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
X. USE OF IMAGE
Within the framework of the Round, the registered companies and/or the individuals participating on their behalf authorize the Foundation to promote the activity and its results, and to disseminate the company's name and logo through various media outlets, social networks, and digital and video platforms. This does not imply the transfer of copyright or the payment of additional compensation, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
XI. SCOPE OF ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Acceptance of the terms and conditions online will bind the company to the preceding clauses, and the company cannot be held responsible for failure to read the terms and conditions.
